Kelong specializes in the production of IML food box moulds. IML (In Moulding Label) is in-mould labeling, which is a plastic product produced by printing the film, forming it by a forming machine, and then placing it in an injection mould after cutting. It is also known as film injection in the mould. This Film can generally be divided into three layers: substrate (generally used PET), ink layer (INK), glue material (special adhesive).
After the injection moulding of the IML food box mould is completed, the film and the plastic are tightly combined and integrated by the action of the adhesive. Since the PET with the wear-resistant protective film on the front surface of itself is on the outermost layer, it is resistant to wear and scratches.
